This fee ensures the following;
You will have a fantastic, modern ceremony shaped around the two of you
Your ceremony will be written just for you -no templates or re-used scripts
You will receive a beautiful commemorative wedding certificate to mark the occasion
You will either meet with your celebrant in person, if feasible, or via video call at some stage of the planning process, to run through the ceremony and ceremony elements
Your celebrant arrives one hour before your ceremony to get organised, to pop in and say hi, if you're getting ready on-site and to speak to all of those involved in the ceremony, ahead of the ceremony.
Your celebrant will have their own PA system and microphone for the ceremony.

Unlimited Script Drafts & Edits: The creative process is entirely collaborative. We begin with a Storytelling Session to map your journey, and you receive multiple script drafts and edits until every sentence is perfect. You will never have a pre-written, generic script.

Vows, Readings & Personalisation: You receive dedicated support with writing personal vows and full guidance on selecting the perfect readings, poems, or music that reflect your style.

Symbolism & Inclusion: We specialise in bringing meaning to your day. This includes assistance with symbolic elements and the perfect integration of family & friends in the service. Custom, bespoke rituals are available as a premium add-on to your package.

Planning, Rehearsal, and Delivery
We handle the logistics so you can focus purely on the joy of the day:

Initial Consultation & Rehearsal: We begin with an Initial Consultation to ensure we're the perfect fit. Your package includes a Virtual Rehearsal to ensure perfect flow and timing for your day. A full Venue Rehearsal is available as a premium upgrade.

Professional Onsite Time: A generous 3 hours of onsite service on the wedding day is included, ensuring time for pre-ceremony check-ins and smooth post-ceremony departure.

Upon confirmation of your booking I will schedule a planning meeting with you. This meeting normally happens in person and where possible at the venue so that we can look at the room layout etc. During the meeting I want to get to know you, how you met, who proposed and where etc. and understand what is important to you as well as what you want to have included in your ceremony. This information will help me to write your bespoke service and make sure it reflects the ceremony you've dreamed of. Everyone loves wedding. Make the big day all the more special with a unique ceremony lovingly crafted and based solely around you and your story. Celebrant led ceremonies are 100% bespoke. We will have an initial meeting and then in the lead up to the wedding day itself, there will be periodic get togethers to ensure we are still all on the same page and nothing has been missed or left to chance.

Marriage is an institution steeped in history and tradition, but society is finally waking up to the fact that any couple is far more than just a sum of its parts. It is two unique people, becoming one, wonderfully unique couple. You are not an ‘off the peg’ couple, so why settle for an ‘off the peg’ wedding?

​Live musical tributes are very much optional but can add an extra dash of glitz to the day and of course, the choice of music is entirely up to you. Live instrumentalists can be booked in addition to live vocals, but additional charges will apply.

We will talk together and discover what sort of wedding ceremony you are looking for. I then send to you some appropriate anonymised example script ideas if you wish to use them, together with a set of questions for you to talk through together - eg "What do you particularly love about the other person" - you can never say too many nice things about each other!
I then create a first draft script, and you come to me in West London (or on Googlemeet if that is not convenient) for us to talk it through and edit it together. We can email the script to each other until you are completely happy with it.
We then hold a rehearsal - in the venue if we can, or I come to your home, with everyone involved, so we know when everyone comes in, and practice saying the poems, vows if you would like to, etc.
On the day I am always there half an hour in advance to check everyone is ready, and stay to drink a toast with you all after the ceremony, to give you both my very best wishes for the future!

We'll talk, online and/or in person, as often as we need. Gradually, between us, we'll build up a plan of everything that will happen - from entrances, to music, to words, to different symbolic gestures, to getting friends or family involved, to where we'll all stand. I'll learn about your life and your values and write a ceremony that tells your story and guides you through reaffirming your love and partnership for the future. We'll make sure it truly celebrates the life you've built together and your continued commitment to the next stage. You'll be in complete control and will always be able to edit or change anything... and, if you want, I can keep bits of it as a surprise for you. And then, of course, I'll come on the day with my best speaking voice and conduct proceedings!

A romantic and intimate ceremony for just the two of you. If you are getting married just the two of you (perhaps with a photographer and/ or videographer) then I offer a bespoke Elopement package. You each share your story and inputs with me and I write a beautiful, personal ceremony for you to share together on the day. You still get the same service as my full package with symbolic acts and unlimited edits included, there is, however, less coordination required and everything is centred around you two with no guests so it is much more intimate :-)
