Pre-Wedding Consultation
It all begins with a discovery chat — face to face, on video, or over the phone if you prefer. This is where we get to know each other, talk through everything you’ve planned so far, and start building a picture of the vibe you want for your big day.
I can share recommendations from a trusted list of suppliers I’ve worked with, offer advice, and help fine-tune your ideas. From there, we’ll have regular planning calls whenever you need them. I’ll also liaise directly with your venue and suppliers so that on the day, I know exactly how everything is running — and you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Your Special Day
You can choose Full Day or Half Day coverage, depending on what suits your plans. Both options include:
• Toastmaster Duties
• A warm meet & greet for you and your guests.
• Directing and guiding guests at the right times so everything flows smoothly.
• Introducing speakers and announcing key moments like your first dance, cake cutting, or opening the photo booth.
• Supplying a PA system (speakers) and microphone for clear, professional announcements.
• Managing the timings of the day so you can simply relax and enjoy.
